Sandro da Silva
Founding Partner
With over six years of experience, Sandro da Silva supports national and international investors in complex real estate transactions - from due diligence to tax-optimized implementation. His focus is on the strategic structuring of acquisitions and sales as well as the sound valuation of development and portfolio properties.
Before becoming a founding partner of arano, he worked at KPMG in the real estate tax department and for five years in the transaction and valuation team at JLL Switzerland.
He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich and is a CAIA Charterholder.

Lukas Müller has extensive experience in real estate valuation and the execution of complex real estate transactions - from individual investment properties to large development projects and institutional real estate portfolios. He has been working in the Swiss real estate sector for over nine years and supports his private and institutional clients throughout the entire investment cycle. In doing so, he draws on a broad-based network and in-depth market knowledge.
Before becoming a Founding Partner at arano, he worked for seven years at JLL Switzerland, most recently as Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Team.
He holds a Master's degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Zurich and has been a CAIA Charterholder since 2022.

He combines entrepreneurial thinking with efficient implementation and makes targeted use of digital processes to optimize workflows and strengthen sustainable partner networks.
He holds an MSc in Real Estate and a BSc in Business Administration from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU).

She navigates the balance between land-use planning guidelines, political frameworks, and the requirements of diverse stakeholders. At Halter AG, she is responsible for development and acquisitions in Central Switzerland and works to reconcile the interests of investors, regulatory requirements, and user needs.
